Virtual Assistants

We’ll take care of the tasks that need to be done but don’t need to be done by you. Whether you need a virtual assistant to help out at work, in your personal life, or to supplement things you are doing on your own – you can hire a virtual assistant through us to make your life more manageable.

First, we’ll select candidates to work for you. If you require any special skills that are imperative to get the job done, we’ll find them for you. You can interview your potential assistant and hand-pick the person that you think is the best fit. You can choose your assistant’s weekly deployment from a minimum of 20 hours up to 40 hours per week.

You pay one flat rate for your Virtual Assistant. We’ll take care of the operational overhead that normally comes with an employee. All of the basic training and and HR will be managed by our team.

General Admin

There are a lot of repetitive tasks that you need to take care of each day – our virtual assistant can do the general admin for you – bookkeeping, scheduling, email correspondence, data entry, or social media tasks.

Let us know what you need and we’ll be honest with what we can do. Sometimes there are tasks that are better left to you or your employees. For tasks that can be done virtually, we’ll find an ideal candidate for you.
